Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Kerangwin ("the Company", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the Kerangwin website located at kerangwin.cam and all associated services, games, applications, content, and features made available through it (collectively, "the Services").

Kerangwin is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, lottery products, and other digital gaming services to eligible players. The platform operates under international gaming licensing standards. Kerangwin does not hold or claim any licence issued by any Malaysian governmental authority, as no such regulatory framework currently exists for online gambling in Malaysia.

By accessing any part of the Kerangwin platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Kerangwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Kerangwin strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement for all gaming and betting activities. We reserve the right to request identity documents to verify your age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contractual obligations.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Kerangwin platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: Your Account must be used solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is prohibited.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether requested by you directly or imposed by the Company.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. Any material misrepresentation in registration details constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Registration & Security

Upon completing the registration process, Kerangwin will create an Account associated with your chosen username and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Kerangwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. This is available free of charge to all registered users.
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You may be requested to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Terms of Use

By using the Kerangwin platform and its Services, you agree to adhere to the following terms governing your general conduct as a user:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• You acknowledge that all games offered on the platform involve an element of chance and that the outcome of any wager is not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results.
• You accept that the Company's records of all transactions, wagers, game outcomes, and Account activity constitute the authoritative record and shall be binding in the event of any dispute.
• You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent any technical systems, security features, or operational processes of the platform.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit bonus systems.
• You acknowledge that all game RTP figures published by Kerangwin are based on independently audited theoretical averages over extended play periods and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session or wager.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Kerangwin supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. The Company does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources that are not registered in your name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 and the maximum single withdrawal is RM 30,000 for standard accounts. Verified accounts in good standing will have most withdrawals processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. VIP Diamond and Royal Black Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing.

• All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals of funds sourced from Bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 7.
• The Company will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered in the Account holder's verified name.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violation, the Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where investigations confirm a breach, balances may be voided in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Kerangwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any given bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issuance. Unused or unwagered bonus credits will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–15%, and sports bets contribute based on minimum odds thresholds. Specific contribution rates will be detailed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing wagering on an existing one may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited promotional offers in bad faith, used multiple accounts, or engaged in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Kerangwin platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting any software error, malfunction, bug, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, AI-assisted wagering scripts, or any other non-human interaction with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Placing wagers using funds obtained through illegal activity or fraud.
• Sharing account credentials with, or permitting access by, any third party, including family members.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any other user's account or personal data.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software used in the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Kerangwin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, game content, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Kerangwin or is licensed to Kerangwin by its content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any platform content. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kerangwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any delay in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Kerangwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling as part of its operational obligations. The following responsible gambling provisions are incorporated into these Terms and are binding on both the Company and all registered users:

• Age Enforcement: Kerangwin strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. All accounts are subject to age verification during the KYC process.
• Deposit Limits: All players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to restrict the amount they can lose within a defined period. These limits are designed to help players maintain control of their gambling expenditure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and promotional communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Players can enable session time reminders that provide regular notifications of elapsed play time.

Account Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their normal terms. Any remaining Balance will be disbursed to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by Kerangwin: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• The Account is identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
• The Company is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.

In cases of termination due to verified Terms violation, the Company reserves the right to void the Account Balance in whole or in part. In cases of termination not arising from player fault, any remaining Balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kerangwin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

Kerangwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice by posting an update notice on the platform homepage and, where applicable, sending a notification to registered account holders via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as outlined in Clause 12.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
